Only 10-minutes from downtown New Braunfels, you and your family will love this spacious home that comfortably sleeps 14. Two living spaces in the home make it easy to separate kids from adults for playtime and movie watching. Kayaks, paddle boards, tubes, and life jackets are all included in your rental. This is a two story waterfront home with 4 bedrooms, an office that doubles as a bunk room, and 3.5 baths. Downstairs is the primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with queen bunk beds, and an office with two twin beds. There is also a day bed with a trundle that is not factored into the sleeping arrangements on the listing. Upstairs are two more bedrooms. One has a king bed and the other has two queen beds. There is a living room downstairs and a second living room upstairs. Five arcade games upstairs make for added fun. Enjoy NBA Jam, Ms. Pacman, The Simpsons, Street Fighter II, and Golden Tee! If you need to work, there is a desk with a monitor, port replicator, keyboard, mouse and chair. The backyard is massive. There is a dock and a boat house deck for dining and lounging. We have both propane grill and a charcoal grill on the boat house deck. A hot tub, hammock and fire pit add a little extra coziness as well. FYI for those with allergies -The home houses dogs regularly.
